NEW PALTZ, N.Y. – After competing in the New York Invitational last weekend, the State University of New York at New Paltz men's swimming team travels to SUNY Oswego on Saturday, Nov. 15 for a 1 p.m. meet at Laker Pool.

Ethan Cooke and Taskindoust took home third place in the 400 medley relay (3:46.62)… Spader placed ninth in the 500 free (5:03.31)… Piliero notched a 10
th-place result in the 400 individual medley (4:44.00).
SCOUTING THE LAKERS: Last season, the Lakers placed fifth of nine teams at the 2013-14 State Unviersity of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Championships... Oswego has won two-straight meets after dropping its first two of the year… The Lakers defeated Wells College 95-65 on Nov. 11 and Clarkson University 160-131 on Nov. 8… Oswego dropped a 138-78 decision to Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) on Oct. 22… The Lakers fell at Oneonta 133-105 on Oct. 25… Against Clarkson, sophomore James Dillon won the 1,000 free with a time of 11:06.07… Jacob Mullett won the 200 breast in 2:22.40 while Sanjay Raman took first in the 100 fly with a time of 55.67… Sophomore Ben Hale won the three-meter dive with a score of 245.30… Oswego is led by seventh-year head coach Michael Holman.
LAST DUAL MEET: The Hawks dropped a 115-90 decision to Oswego when these two teams last met on Nov. 16, 2013.
WHAT'S NEXT: New Paltz hosts cross-river rival Vassar College on Saturday, Nov. 22 at 1 p.m… The Lakers head to The College at Brockport on Saturday, Nov. 22 at 1 p.m.
