Women soccer 2026 schedule graphicPrepping for the 2026 season against Division II Dominican University and last season's Liberty League champion Vassar College, should provide a good picture of where the 2026 Hawks are and need to be as they face a non-conference and conference schedule that includes two NCAA DIII teams, one conference champion, one conference finalist, three conference semifinalists and four conference playoff participants.

The 2026 season starts off at home with New Paltz hosting Farmingdale State College on September 1. The weekend of September 5-6 will see the Hawks participating in one of the most prestigious collegiate soccer tournaments in the nation - the Oneonta Mayor's Cup ©. New Paltz opens the tournament facing Hartwick College on Saturday and concludes the tourney against former SUNYAC rival SUNY Oneonta on Sunday. Four consecutive non-conference matches, all at home follow: September 9 versus Mt. St. Mary College; September 12 against Clarkson University, where the Hawks seniors will be celebrated; September 16 versus RPI; finally against William Smith College on September 19.

The final ten games of the season match the Hawks against their new NJAC opponents: September 30 hosting Montclair State University; October 3 at Rutgers University-Camden; away at Kean University on October 7 and away at Rowan University on October 10. The Hawks will host Rutgers University-Newark on October 14, and are away at The College of New Jersey on October 17. New Paltz' final home game is October 21, hosting William Paterson University. The Hawks close out their first NJAC season away at Stockton University on October 24 and at Ramapo College of New Jersey on October 28.

The 2026 NJAC postseason tournament begins on October 31 with the semifinal round on November 4 and the final on November 7. The NJAC champion moves on to the NCAA DIII tournament, which begins with the first and second rounds on November 14 and 15 and the regional playoffs on November 21 and 22. The national semifinals are scheduled for December 3, with the championship match on December 6, both held at Historic Crew Stadium in Columbus, Ohio.
